Calls to and from extensions that are archived, are searchable on Solgari Console. If you are logging into Console using tenant level logins, archived calls for all extensions will be shown.
Console can also be accessed on the user extension level, in which case only calls for that extension are shown.
Your local IT or Solgari on-boarding team will provide tenant level logins as needed.
