You can set the maximum number of callers in any queue. You set how many customers can join a queue simultaneously. To change this :
Log onto Solgari Hub by using either your provided Solgari Hub credentials or the Single Sign On using your Microsoft Account.
Once you have successfully signed in , on the left hand side you will choose Queues
Once Queues have been selected at the bottom of the page you will select Max Callers in queue and alter the Maximum callers you would like it to be and press submit
