Wrap-up key points:
- Wrap-up only affects inbound calls
- Wrap-up time can be set for each queue individually
To change wrap-up time, first log into the Solgari Hub.
Find the "Queue" category under the "Configuration" tab.
Click "Edit" button the queue you want the adjust.
Scroll down to the bottom and change "Wrap-up(s)" section and change the value to as many seconds as you desire the wrap-up to last.
