For extensions that are archived, meaning that all calls are automatically recorded, users may be allowed to stop recording if required. Access to the stop recording button is managed by your Admin.
If enabled on your extension, while on a call, click on the Pause button (1) | |
This will stop recording, note is created on the timeline and recording can be restarted when needed by clicking on the Pause button again (2) | |
This will create a new message on the timeline confirming that call is again recorded. |
This feature cannot be used for ad-hoc recording, the button is only available for extensions that are archived & have the option to stop recording enabled.
