How to Dial Out – Solgari

1. Destination (callee) - enter the number you want to call, in this example the number is 0035312461130.

2. Channel selection - in this example we are making a voice call

To call a local number you can use the local format (if this has been set up with Solgari)
For calls abroad, use full international format, prefixed with 00- Irish number 012461130 would be dialled as 0035312461130)
For internal calls, just dial the internal extension number (usually 3 or 4 digits)

Once you select the voice channel, the call will commence after a few seconds, and you'll have access to the below controls during the call.

1. Hold,

2. Transfer

3. Mute/unmute microphone

4. Keypad (for DTMF input)

5. Stop recording / resume recording
(Relevant for extensions that are automatically recorded - administrators can enable or disable this per user)

6. End the call
