For calls abroad, use full international format, prefixed with 00- Irish number 012461130 would be dialled as 0035312461130)

For internal calls, just dial the internal extension number (usually 3 or 4 digits)
Once you select the voice channel, the call will commence after a few seconds, and you'll have access to the below controls during the call.
1. Hold, 2. Transfer 3. Mute/unmute microphone 4. Keypad (for DTMF input) 5. Stop recording / resume recording 6. End the call |
