Ongoing calls can be transferred to internal or external parties and a call can also be turned into a 3-way conference with the "consult" feature.
- Blind transfer simply transfers the call to the destination immediately
- Attended Transfer allows you to speak with the transferree first (hold music played to the original caller)
- Consult (a feature of attended transfer) allows you to turn a call into a 3-way conference)

1. Click on the Transfer | |
2. To transfer the call to a colleague, choose their extension from the dropdown 3. If you need to transfer to an external number, add the destination number to this field 4. When the destination of the call has been chosen, click on (4) Blind Transfer - this will transfer the call to the destination directly - or (5) Attend - this will allow you to access the consult feature where you can have a three parties on the call.

Please note on Consult, when the 1st party (agent who started the consult call) ends the call, the call will end for all parties. |
