How to Make a Call

Click-to-dial

To call a contact (or lead, account etc) - simply click on the icon (1) next to a phone number on a contact record page and converse will dial the number.

After the call is finished, a record of the call will be automatically created on the contact page.

Note that click-to-dial on different forms must be configured to use Channel Integration Framework by the D365 administrator.

Manual Dial

If the number you are looking to call is not listed under a contact or other type of an entity - you can also enter a number directly to Solgari Converse, see instructions here.

 

While on a call, further options are shown

1. Mute microphone

2. Go to Converse main view (for accessing chat or keypad for instance)

3. Place call On-Hold

4.  Blind Transfer

5. Attended Transfer (under construction)

6. Enable video
