Solgari Converse enables users to listen to recordings of their calls directly and securely from Dynamics 365.
A call record is automatically created on the timeline as long as the call was successfully matched with a contact (click2dial or contact lookup). To listen or download the recording, click on "open record"
If a recording exists and the user has the rights to listen to the call (the user is either the caller or the callee), a media player will appear below the Converse interface allowing the user to play or download the recording directly from D365.
