You can dial a number manually (for instance if the number is not saved in D365 contact) by typing it to the "Destination?" field in the Converse main interface (1) and then selecting the voice channel (2) to start the call. Note that the system will perform a contact lookup on the number when launching the call when dialling manually. Remove hyphens, spaces and other non-numerals when dialling manually NOTE - Please type numbers in one by one using the top row of numbers on the keyboard. Numeric keypad support to be added. |
