Solgari Converse includes presence feature.
Users can see the status of other users on the system and if the user is not set to available, calls will not be offered to them.
Presence will also change automatically (this is called dynamic presence) to notify other users when a user is on call, chatting on texting. Another automatic status is Wrap-up, this will only be triggered after a queue call ends if automatic wrap-up time has been enabled for that queue.
The presence view can also be used to start a call or a chat with an internal user
- You can change your presence status from the drop-down under the Presence tab.
- If you change you presence status to something else than available (break, vacation, unavailable etc.) - calls will not be offered to you.
- You can not manually change to a dynamic status (such as "on a call")
- You can see the status of other users on the presence tab in Converse (and right-click to call or chat to them)
- You can see the full description of the status if you hover above the user's name.
