Chrome includes a security feature that will block audio from inactive sites - and this might lead to the audio notifications from D365 Converse or Solgari Webphone to be silenced
The solution is to whitelist the Dynamics and/or Webphone URL for audio notifications
1. In Google Chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/content/sound?search=sound
2. Under"Allowed to play sound"-
- add any Dynamics URLsyou are using if you are using the Solgari Converse for D365 (for instancehttps:// companyname.crm4.dynamcis.com)
- also add https://webphone.solgari.com see screenshot example below
3. All done!
