Currently screen share is available when your extension receives a video call via Solgari Connect.
As it stands the Solgari Converse user is able to share their screen.
Enabling sharing screen from the Connect user end is planned in a future release

If you want to share your screen Ask the caller to enable Video, if this is not a video call. If a new video call needed to be initiated, answer the call and then click on the keypad icon (1) |

You will be brought back to your chat screen, click on the arrow icon (2) and then on the screen share icon (3)

A new screen will appear and you can choose the screen, application or browser tab you want to share (4), and click on Share (5)

The following bar will be shown on the bottom of your screen while screen share is enabled. To stop sharing, click on the Stop sharing button (6) |
