Solgari Call Parking is available to our Microsoft Teams customers to either be turned on for all or disabled for all. Call Parking requires to be setup within the Solgari Hub Tenancy prior to using within MS Teams. There are four steps to enable Call Parking:
Once Call Parking has been setup, you will see the Call Parking icons within the Solgari application in MS Teams, as below. |

Parking a call – Select the call parking icon to park the customer in the parking queue. |

Unparking a call – Select the entry from the list to see further details regarding your call or conversation. | |
Select a parked customer – Select the Call Parking icon to see a list of parked customers. |
