Solgari Call Parking allows users to park and manage calls efficiently within the Solgari Hub. To get started, you'll need to enable call parking through a simple setup process.
Call Parking needs to be set up within the Solgari Hub Tenancy before being used within MS Teams. There are four steps to enable Call Parking:
Once Call Parking has been set up, you will see the Call Parking icons within the Solgari application in MS Teams, as below. | |
| Parking a call: Select the call parking icon to park the customer in the parking queue. | |
| Unparking a call: Select the Call Parking icon to see customers who have been parked. Select a customer to unpark from the list. | |
| Call Parking List View: Select the Call Parking icon to see a list of parked customers. | |
Enable/Disable Call Parking: You can only unpark customers from the call parking queue if you select “Enable Parking”. Once you have selected “Enable Parking”, you will be able to unpark any call from the queue. Just remember, when you enable call parking, this removes you from all other queues. | |
