Call Session – Displays any inbound or outbound call session in the inbox. | |
Answer – The green answer icon allows you to answer the call and speak to your caller. | |
Contact Information – See all available information about your caller. | |
End Call – Select the red phone icon to end the call. | |
Open CRM Record – Select to open the contact record in your CRM. | |
When an inbound call arrives, it appears in the inbox, as shown in the Incoming Call Screen, as a new Call Session (1). By clicking the green accept call icon, as shown above (2), the incoming call can be answered. The call can also be declined by clicking on the red phone icon (4) on the right side of the screen, as shown above within the black control bar. If the contact is already known, the contact information will be displayed, with the CRM fields filled in (3). If necessary, or if more information is required, the CRM record can be opened directly from the call screen by clicking the "Open in CRM" button (5). |
