beneficial for training staff and assisting in situation that might need a managers input.
- Filter Live Sessions - Search for live sessions by agents' extension or name.
- View individual live agent calls - Each agent will be shown as an individual live session when on a
call - Listen - Listen in to an agent's conversation with out your mic being active.
- Whisper - Whisper allows you to speak to your agent but not the customer.
- Barge - Barge allows you, the agent and customer to interact and creates a 3-way call.
