Messaging Channels

			Channel Inbox – Each messaging channel has its inbox. When a message has been received, select the channel to see the message.
			Message – Select the message you would like to respond to.
			Contact Name – See the name of the person who has sent a message.
			Message Preview – See a small preview of the message while it sits in the inbox. Select the message to see the entire conversation.
			Inbox Notification – Receive a notification next to each channel inbox showing the number of messages received.
			Reply Notification – See a notification for every reply received per message. Once the message is selected, then the notification disappears.

			Type Response – Type a response in the text box.
			Send Message – Select the send message icon to send the reply.
			Back to Inbox – Return to the inbox where all your messages for the specific channel are held.
			Message Date and Time Stamp – All messages are stamped with a time and date, including each reply and response.
