Create a Voice Dialer Campaign

Create a New Voice Dialer Campaign

	New Call Campaign – Select the ‘New Call Campaign’ icon to create a new campaign.
	Campaign call name – Choose a name for the campaign.
	Status – Choose from several options under ‘Status’ to indicate the current state of the campaign – ‘Not Started, In Progress, Completed & Paused’.
	Start Date – Set when your campaign starts.
	End Date – Set when your campaign finishes.
	Description – Write a short description explaining what the campaign is for.
	Timeout between calls – Set your own ring time (In seconds) between each member dialed; for example, once a call with a member is completed, it can take 10 seconds before the next campaign member is called.

Choose the CRM Records

	Choose a record type – Add Accounts, Contacts, or Leads to a campaign. Select the record type you would like.
	Select a Salesforce list view – Choose which list view you want to view.
	Select records – Select all or specific records you wish to send to a campaign.
	Add to a campaign – Press the ‘Add To Call Campaign’ icon once the records have been selected.

Send Contacts to the Campaign

	Campaign Lookup – The search lookup displays all the existing campaigns created in the Solgari Dialer. Select the campaign you wish to add the records to.
	Add To Campaign – Once you have chosen the correct campaign, select the ‘Add To Campaign’ icon to complete the process.
