The base URL of the Dynamics 365 instance to be used for the Solgari integration can be done in Solgari Console (this can be done by Solgari Support, or in Console by the tenancy administrator)
The field can be found in Console under CRM > Client URL
(For example: https://exampledemo.crm4.dynamics.com)
Notes:
- Always include the https:// in front
- Do NOT end the URL with a forward slash ("/")
