As Solgari Converse works through the browser, typically the solution works without having to specifically allow the service on the firewall, but corporate firewalls / network setups might need to be configured to allow the traffic.
See below the network requirements and recommendations for using Converse in D365 or in the browser (Chrome, Edge) - please get in touch with Solgari Support in case you have issues.
- Traffic to and from the Solgari IP (the Solgari team will confirm the IP ) needs to be allowed (uses UDP and TCP). Here’s the full list of specific ports where traffic needs to be allowed
UDP: 5060, 25000– 34999, 45000– 65000
TCP: 5063, 5065, 8899-8900, 8080, 8081, 8881, 8883, 8887, 8888, 10443, 9333 - Setting up Quality of Service (‘QoS’) to prioritize traffic to Solgari is recommended where possible
