To be able to make outbound calls, the outbound caller ID section in Solgari Hub needs to be set. This is the phone number that will be displayed for customers, and must be owned by you.
Log onto Solgari Hub by using either your provided Solgari Hub credentials or the Single Sign On using your Microsoft Account.
Next step on the left hand side of Hub, select USERS
In users section please select OPTIONS TAB
Outbound CLI needs to have a number in order for the agent to make any outbound calls.
When adding the Outbound CLI the number needs to be in E164 format i.e. +35312312345
Once this has been set, press submit and agent will be able to make outbound calls.
