Status – Select your status from Busy, Available, or Unavailable. While on a call or dealing with a message, the presence is automatically set to Busy or On-a-call.

Dial Pad – Use the mouse to select the appropriate number to dial, or use the keyboard numpad to enter the number.

Dial icon – Once the number is entered, select the dial icon or press enter on your keyboard to make an outbound call.

Side Bar – Select Dialpad, History or Contact Records.

Enter Number – Enter the desired phone number in this box. |

Inbox – All messaging communication from Social Channels and SMS can be found and responded to. |

Message in the inbox – Select the message in the inbox that you would like to respond to. |

Filter by channel – Filter the inbox for WhatsApp, Facebook and SMS messages. |

Inbox Notifications – This shows how many messages are awaiting attention. |

Filter by date – Filter any message and transcription from a Start or End date. |
|||
Filter Newest or Oldest Message – Filter all messages in the inbox by "Most recent" or "Oldest". |
