Start Call: Once a phone number has been entered, press

Contacts List: – Access your contact database, including Dynamics 365, Microsoft Exchange or other databases. |

Contacts Search: Search for a specific contact within your contacts list. |

Dial Pad: Select the dial pad to enter a phone number using your mouse or keypad. You can also select the "Enter Phone Number" box and type the number using the keyboard number pad. |

Session: Each customer joins a session via a conversational channel or call. |

Status: Select the appropriate status, for example, Busy, Available, or Unavailable. When on a call or message, the presence is automatically set to Busy or on a call. |

Click-to-call: Click the phone number to make an outbound call. |

Click-to-SMS: Click on the Send SMS button to start an outbound SMS. |

Click-to-email: You can click on an email address to start a new outbound email. |
