In Call Activities

There are several in-Call activities available such as Adding a call note, assigning an activity and creating a follow-up task.

In Call Activity: Adding a Note

			Adding a Note Add a note while on a call. Notes are saved to the call record and contact history.

In Call Activity: Relate to

			Relate to Relate a note and activity to any Entity in Dynamics 365. This could be any Case or Opportunity.

In Call Activity: Create New Record

			Create New record Create a new record while on a phone call e.g., Account, Contact, Lead, Case or Opportunity.

In Call Activity: Assign To

			Assign To Assign an activity or information to an existing record.

In Call Activity: Follow-up Task

			Follow-up Task Schedule a next call or other action and add it to your D365 calendar and reminders.
