Toggle is a service used mostly by on call teams. Purpose of Toggle is to route calls to the mobile of the user who is on call.
How does it work?
First users who need to be on call are added to Toggle in SUAS.
After a user has been added in, they can request to have calls forwarded to their own personal mobile. The phone number affected by the forwarding is pre-configured by Solgari Support when the service is setup.
The call forward is requested by texting an agreed word or sentence to a Solgari SMS number. Calls to the monitored number are always forwarded to the mobile number that was the last to text the service.
