Communicator Chat is currently available for internal extension to extension communication. We are developing the product and more functionalities will be added.
1. To field, receivers extension number
2. Chat conversation
3. Message field
4. Send button
For a chat to be sent, receivers extension number needs to be included in the 'To' field. This also applies when replying back to a message, extension number needs to be typed in.
Chats are currently not saved, conversations are not available after Communicator has been closed.
